The people of this Ugandan community have united to watch a soccer game played by visually impaired players. Jagwe Muzafaru’s goal is to make the sport accessible for them by using special balls that make a rattling noise. As an advocate for disability inclusion, he is also the founder of Blind Football Uganda.
