The headliners for Coachella’s 2024 lineup are set to be Lana Del Rey, Doja Cat, and Tyler, the Creator for the month of April.

In 2024, Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator, and Doja Cat will be the main acts at Coachella music festival. The ska band No Doubt, fronted by Gwen Stefani, will also be reuniting and performing as part of the lineup, having last played together in 2015.

The 23rd edition of the festival was announced on Tuesday, and it will occur over two weekends from April 12-14 and April 19-21 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The lineup will include performances by Blur and the rising rap artist Ice Spice.

Each of the three main performers have previously performed at the festival. Del Rey’s last appearance at Coachella was in 2014 and she was scheduled to perform at the 2020 event which was cancelled due to Covid.

In 2022, Doja Cat’s most recent performance at Coachella took place. On the other hand, Tyler, the Creator has been a consistent presence at the festival since his debut in 2011 with his hip-hop group Odd Future. He has also performed solo in 2015 and 2018, and has made guest appearances with other artists such as Earl Sweatshirt, Schoolboy Q, and Kali Uchis.

According to the entertainment industry magazine Variety, both Dua Lipa and Shakira were being considered as potential headliners for a festival. However, sources revealed that Lipa had turned down the opportunity due to a scheduling conflict, while the festival organizers had decided not to pursue Shakira.

Additionally, some of the artists featured on this year’s lineup include Deftones, Mexican vocalist Peso Pluma, and Bleachers, a band led by Jack Antonoff.

The Coachella music festival has faced issues with headliners in the past two years, as both Kanye West and Frank Ocean cancelled their performances at the last minute. Ocean withdrew from his second weekend appearance after receiving criticism for his first weekend set, which featured pre-recorded vocals and unconventional stage effects.

The largest music festival in North America has completely sold out of its 125,000 day tickets. On Friday at 11am PT, three-day passes will be released for purchase during Coachella’s pre-sale.
