Liverpool demolished their opponents with ease, setting the perfect tone for their upcoming FA Cup quarter-final against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

After 20 minutes of play, Vindahl’s goal was once again under threat. Salah’s attempted shot was off-target and the ball ended up with Núñez, who missed from a short distance and made Klopp laugh. Clark then made a clever move in Sparta’s area, fooling the defenders and taking a powerful shot that Vindahl managed to block.

At the end of the match, Salah expressed his frustration by beating his hands together as he was unable to increase the score. Sparta’s manager, Brian Priske, was seen clapping after Veljko Birmancevic’s successful shot, which beat Caoimhín Kelleher to the left of the goal.
In the second half, Klopp made substitutions, bringing in Kostas Tsimikas, Harvey Elliott, and James McConnell for Joe Gomez, Núñez, and Wataru Endo respectively.
