David Fofana nearly replicates Gary Crosby’s move! He waited behind the Brentford goalkeeper, Flekken, stole the ball from him… and then fell over. A few minutes later, he failed to score from Assignon’s cross, so it’s not his best moment.
Nathan Broadhead successfully caps off a smooth play to secure Ipswich a seemingly insurmountable advantage at Portman Road. This is the significance at the pinnacle of the Championship standings.

During the game between Burnley and Brentford, there was a standout moment that deserves to be highlighted. In the Premier League, if the current results remain unchanged, Forest will move up to 15th place, surpassing Everton and Brentford. Luton will be trailing Everton by four points and will have played one more game. It’s difficult to say that Luton cannot afford to lose today, considering point deductions may change the outcome of the match.
Burnley scored 1 goal against Brentford. According to reports, there were no issues with the technology. The officials claim they were reviewing the offside, which is why the penalty appeal was not shown on the screen. On Sky, Mike Dean appears unconvinced.

Luton 0-0 Nottm Forest This sounds like a cracking game, and Jordan Clark has just made an outstanding goalline clearance to deny Divock Origi.

The equalizer for Osasuna came quickly. Ante Budimir scored after a corner was played across the goal and he neatly finished with his left foot.
Luton 0-0 Nottm Forest Now Forest have had a couple of chances, the best of which (apparently) was headed wide by Willy Boly.
It didn’t take much time at all. The final Osasuna defender plays around with the ball, believing he is Morten Olsen. However, Vinicius Junior quickly proves him wrong by stealing the ball and easily scoring.

Jacob Bruun Larsen scores a superb penalty, putting Burnley in the lead. Mark Flekken guessed correctly, but the young player Gadget would have certainly struggled to stop it.
The match between Burnley and Brentford ended in a 0-0 draw, which is significant as many had predicted Brentford to come out victorious and increase the gap between them and Luton/Forest. However, that is no longer the case.
The screen is functioning properly! It seems that Reguilon is facing serious consequences for his actions of kneeing and pushing Vitinho from behind. Since his actions were not in an effort to play the ball, he should be red carded.
I retract my previous statement; Harry Kane has scored a goal to bring the score to a tie for Jamal Musiala.
VAR FARCE INCOMING!
A request has been made for the referee to review a possible penalty for Burnley against Brentford. Unfortunately, the monitor appears to be malfunctioning. Oh dear. It appears that there may have been a clear penalty and a risk of a red card for Sergio Reguilon.
Oh, Bayern. They’ye fallen behind to the bottom club Darmstadt and could be able to slip even further behind Leverkusen. Tim Skarke finished coolly after a thrilling run from Mathias Honsak.
Greetings to all. I would like to thank Taha for completing the challenging task at hand, borrowing the unforgettable words of Soren Busk. Let us now move on to a deluge of notifications and comments about our goals. Speaking of which…
Rob is now taking over from me after having a great time observing the chaos at Molineux. Here is Ben Fisher’s coverage of the event.
In case you were curious, here are the teams participating in the 3pm Premier League kick-offs.
The South Wales derby has come to an end, with Jamal Lowe scoring a second goal for Swansea during added time. He quickly made his way down the left side of the field, entered the box, evaded the goalkeeper, and neatly placed the ball in the net, causing celebrations among the home fans.
Regardless, here is an intriguing article on which teams are facing the biggest challenges in the Premier League towards the end of the season – and it appears Luton may not have a favorable situation.
According to our model, Brentford, Forest, and Everton have the easiest, fourth-easiest, and fifth-easiest remaining schedules. However, all three teams will have to face the three recently promoted teams, placing a significant amount of pressure on their matches against Luton. Luton’s outlook may be influenced by whether Forest, like Everton, receive a points deduction.
Wow, Coventry was victorious with a score of 3-2 at Molineux. Although I should be focused on my work, you really should read Rob’s take on this immediately.
The current score is now 2-1 in favor of Wolves. I want to extend my apologies once more to Coventry supporters. In other news, Swansea is maintaining their 1-0 lead in the early Championship game, thanks to a goal from Liam Cullen. He had a chance for a second goal in the South Wales derby, but unfortunately missed a penalty a few minutes into the second half.
I am sorry to Coventry supporters for my previous actions. The score is now tied between Wolves.
Unfortunately, Rob is currently occupied observing a possible surprise turn of events. Coventry is still in the lead with a score of 1-0 against Wolves at Molineux in the FA Cup quarter-finals. The game is coming to a close.
Greetings and welcome to the broadcast. I am aware that the highly anticipated FA Cup will take place this weekend, however, someone must cover the 3pm game. Premier League matchups will be exclusively between lower-ranked teams, specifically Burnley (19th) facing Brentford (15th) and Luton (18th) playing against Nottingham Forest (17th). As Burnley is at risk of being relegated, the latter game is more intriguing. Luton trails behind Forest by three points and two goals – if they perform well in front of their home crowd at Kenilworth Road, they could potentially escape the relegation zone.
In addition to the Premier League, there are matches of interest in the lower divisions and in Europe – both Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are currently playing – so please don’t go away. I’ll provide updates until Rob Smyth joins the conversation.
